Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold food safety and GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bakery or food-manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
