Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
