Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is recruiting Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in North Carolina. Positions are available across first, second, and third shifts, with a hands-on leadership role over 15–25 production employees and a path for professional growth.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, uphold food safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while ensuring smooth shift handoffs and achievement of production goals.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
