LRSolutions, LLC in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead bakery production on-site. The role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

This hands-on leadership position sits within an established supervisory team with growth opportunities. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and maintaining GMPs, food safety, and sanitation while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams

Qualifications

• Bakery or frozen-food experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
