Job summary

RRC Solutions Group's established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of 15–25 production employees, aiming to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will coach, train, and develop staff, maintain food safety, GMPs, and sanitation, monitor performance, address downtime, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
