Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is partnering with an established food manufacturer to recruit Production Supervisors for its bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts in Rocky Mount, NC. This hands-on leadership role guides a team of 15–25 production employees, focusing on safety, quality, and meeting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and food safety, monitor performance, and work with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bakery/frozen food supervision experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and build accountability.
• GMPs, food safety, and manufacturing operations knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
