Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors for a hands-on leadership role in our bakery operation. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain food safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and GMPs.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
