SourcePro Search, LLC is hiring a Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time leadership role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on supervisory position emphasizes coaching, staff development, and close collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience is desirable.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop employees.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
