Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role leads a team across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while achieving production goals.

You will coach 15–25 employees, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments. The position offers professional growth and a competitive base salary with bonus potential.

Competenze

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
