SourcePro Search, LLC is recruiting for Production Supervisors at an established food manufacturer’s bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. Roles cover first, second, and third shifts with hands-on leadership of 15–25 production employees.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while growing within an experienced supervisory team. Responsibilities include daily production oversight, coaching and developing staff, adherence to GMPs and food safety standards, and cross‑department

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
