Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in a full-time, on-site role in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across multiple shifts and drive safety, quality, and production goals.

This hands-on leadership position requires strong supervisory skills, attention to GMPs, and the ability to coach staff while coordinating with maintenance and quality teams. A clear path for growth is provided through an established supervisory network.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
