Talent Solutions Partners in Rocky Mount, NC, is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This hands-on leadership role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

You will coach staff, enforce GMPs, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while promoting professional growth and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bakery/food manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
