Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in a full-time, on-site role in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 production staff across first, second, and third shifts, driving safety, quality, and production goals.

You will coach employees, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and ensure smooth shift handoffs while supporting professional growth within an established supervisory structure.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
