Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to direct the team and daily operations, from guest experience to cake production and inventory control. You will drive sales, manage P&L, and uphold NbC standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will recruit and develop staff, set production and scheduling plans, monitor quality, and ensure health and safety compliance across all bakery activities, building community presence and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• High school diploma or GED; further education a plus.
• Experience hiring and developing teams to achieve financial objectives.
• Foodservice safety training or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and coach bakery team to deliver warm service.
• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including production and inventory.
• Manage finances: payroll, COGS, labor, and monthly reporting.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Coordinate local marketing and community outreach.
