Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager to direct team operations, guest experience and cake production. You will drive sales, maintain brand standards, and oversee inventory, scheduling and safety protocols to ensure a warm, high-quality bakery environment.

Responsibilities include leading the team, opening/closing the bakery, handling special orders, and coordinating local community outreach to build brand visibility and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach a team to perform at a high level.
• Experience managing inventory, scheduling and cost controls.
• Foodservice safety training or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team and day-to-day operations to ensure guest experience and product quality.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash drawers and handle deposits.
• Manage special orders, large events and communications with guests/clients.
• Coordinate local marketing and community outreach for NbC.
