Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced bakery, hire and develop a strong team, and own guest experience. You will drive sales and operational results on busy shifts, coach staff, and ensure quality cookies and safe, efficient operations.

This hands-on role requires ownership, a player-coach mindset, and the ability to act quickly during peak hours while growing with the company.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes evenings/weekends (Thu–Sun).
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style and willingness to jump in.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining teams.
• Natural hospitality and commitment to guest experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to turn goals into action.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with restaurant/retail technology and systems.
• Ability to obtain applicable food safety certifications.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day bakery operation and ensure shifts are staffed, prepared, and set for success.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety.
• Own scheduling and labor execution to meet business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory accuracy, and bakery controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Leaders, Crew, and Drivers.
• Build a culture with clear expectations and accountability.
