Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to lead our bakery, build a strong team, and own guest experiences and business results.

You’ll hire and develop great people, create an environment where they can thrive, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales and operational performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching through peak shifts, engaging with guests, and growing with the company as Insomnia expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain great teams.
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to guest experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operations and ensure each shift is staffed and ready.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Own scheduling and labor, balancing team needs with business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory accuracy, product rotation, shrink, and bakery controls.
• Lead and develop Shift Leaders and team members to deliver great service.
• Partner with District Manager to solve problems and improve bakery performance.
