Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment. You will lead day-to-day bakery operations, ensure top-notch cookie quality, and drive guest satisfaction while managing staffing, scheduling, and labor costs.

You will hire and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew, coach teams for performance, and own local marketing initiatives to grow sales. This hands-on role requires a proactive, energetic leader who thrives late nights and high‑volume periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day operation of your bakery, ensuring shifts are staffed and set up for success.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, food safety, and bakery execution.
• Own scheduling and labor execution while balancing team needs with business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory accuracy, product rotation, shrink, and other bakery controls.
• Lead guest experience by delivering the Always Warm promise and coaching the team to be friendly, fast, and memorable.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a strong team of Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
