Insomnia Cookies, LLC is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to lead a busy neighborhood bakery and own daily results. You will hire, train, and coach a team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and bakery controls, and partner with district leadership to optimize performance in a fast-paced, late-night environment. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for cookies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in restaurant/retail or fast-paced settings.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong hospitality focus and commitment to guest experience.
• Ability to manage scheduling, labor, and operational routines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operations, ensuring shifts are staffed and prepared.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead scheduling and labor execution to meet business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory control, and product rotation.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Crew to hit targets.
• Lead local marketing efforts and community engagement.
• Partner with District Manager to solve problems and improve results.
