Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to lead a high-energy, late-night bakery team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll hire and develop great people, own daily performance, and drive sales while ensuring top cookie quality and guest satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and safety standards, coaching through busy rushes and late-night shifts to hit targets and grow the business with Insomnia. This role offers strong growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant/retail environments.
• Availability to work a schedule including late shifts (nights/weekends).
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style and ability to coach and develop teams.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining great teams.
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to guest experience.
• Solid business acumen to understand performance and drive results.
• Comfort with restaurant technology and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operations, ensuring shifts are staffed and prepared for success.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Own scheduling and labor execution to balance team and business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory accuracy, product rotation, shrink, and bakery controls.
• Lead guest experience initiatives and coach teams to deliver friendly, fast service.
