Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead the department, decorate cakes, and ensure excellent customer service. You will schedule associates, manage inventories, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's in business or food service desirable.
• Experience in retail or supermarket management preferred.
• Decorating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Decorate cakes and bakery products; follow recipes and designs.
• Schedule and supervise bakery associates; participate in performance reviews.
• Manage inventories and control department costs and waste.
• Ensure product freshness, pricing accuracy, and proper signage.
