Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves issues courteously.
• Takes orders over the phone or in person and completes decorated products promptly.
• Decorates cakes and bakery products using standard recipes.
• Assists Bakery Manager with day-to-day bakery operations and scheduling.
• Oversees inventories, weekly sales, and supply orders.
• Monitors costs, performs product logs, and maintains freshness.
• Ensures proper product pricing, signage, and rotation.
