Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team and prioritize guest experience.
• Recruit and train staff; communicate expectations.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Manage inventory, P&L and cost controls.
• Schedule management to meet weekly hours and weekend demands.
