• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food-handling practices.
• Experience with inventory, pricing, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production, output, and display.
• Monitor product quality, inventory, and budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Plan merchandise rotation and displays.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and coordinate with Store Manager.
• Serve as MOD when needed.
