You will manage inventories, scheduling, and labor to maximize sales while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years retail grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food-handling regulations.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily baking production and display of bakery products.
• Monitor product quality, inventory, and budget.
• Plan orders, pricing integrity, labor, and operations per Sprouts standards.
• Coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
