Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead daily bakery operations, oversee production, display, and merchandising to maximize sales and gross profit.

You will hire, coach and develop team members, ensure safety, food handling, inventory control, scheduling, and collaboration with store leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality baked goods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production, output, and display.
• Monitor product quality, inventory, and bakery budgets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing levels for productivity.
