You will lead daily production, ensure product quality, manage inventory, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver top-notch customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in retail grocery, strong communication, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail grocery experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily bakery output, production, and display.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage budget.
• Assess operations and implement improved procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards.
• Handle ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Plan and order to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Lead and coach team through regular feedback and evaluations.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Set schedules to maximize productivity.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to team.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
