Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee the Bakery Department, driving performance, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will supervise daily baking output, displays, and inventory while upholding safety standards and company policies.

You will recruit and develop staff, coordinate with the Store Manager on promotions and schedule, and monitor budgeting to maximize profits. Must maintain excellent customer interactions and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive direction in a team environment.
• Experience coaching, feedback, and performance discussions with staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output of bakery production and display.
• Supervise quality, monitor inventory, and manage bakery budget.
• Plan and place orders to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead and develop team through coaching and performance reviews.
