The role oversees daily baking output, inventory control, scheduling, coaching team members, and adherence to company standards. Candidates must be 18+, with 2+ years of retail grocery experience and a friendly, reliable demeanor.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior and a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders, maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily baking, production and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory and manage bakery budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and food handling compliance.
• Plan and place orders, manage scheduling and labor to Sprouts standards.
• Recruit, hire, promote and coach team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead merchandising and display preparation to maximize sales and gross profit.
