Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Racine, Wisconsin seeks a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to lead daily operations, cake production, and guest service. You will train and coach the team, manage scheduling, inventory, and local marketing efforts while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

You will balance P&L responsibilities, approve orders, oversee cash handling, and maintain brand standards as a culture carrier within the NbC community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience hiring, developing teams, and managing costs.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day bakery operations and guest experience.
• Lead team training, performance feedback, and quarterly reviews.
• Manage inventory, par levels, purchases and weekly supply orders.
• Oversee payroll reporting and basic accounting procedures.
