Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to direct the team and day-to-day operation, including guest experience, cake production, merchandising, and P&L management. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and a warm, welcoming environment while upholding NbC standards and brand presence in the Baton Rouge community.

The Manager will lead staffing, scheduling, and training, ensure food safety compliance, manage inventories, and coordinate local marketing

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail/food service.
• 1–3 years managing teams and operations.
• Experience achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals and managing costs.
• Food safety training certificate (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
