Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage budget.
• Evaluate operations to identify improvements and implement new procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Handle ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage.
