Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with 2+ years retail grocery experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to operate deli equipment and handle trimming/labeling duties.
• Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision of bakery operations.
• Manage and merchandize department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality and staff.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Respond to customer orders and phone inquiries.
