Sprouts Farmers Market in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee the daily baking, production, and display of bakery products while upholding quality and safety standards.

Lead a team, manage inventory and scheduling, coach team members, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize sales and gross profit. Ensure proper ordering, receiving, and merchandising to Sprouts standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take directions in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping in the department; clean/sanitize work area.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise and monitor product quality, track inventory, and manage budget.
• Evaluate operations to identify improvements; develop better practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity are maintained.
• Responsible for ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage.
