Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in New Jersey seeks a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming guest experience at the bakery. You will greet guests, explain cake options, handle orders at the POS, and promote special promotions and party merchandise.

You will keep displays appealing, assist with cake decorations, follow health and safety guidelines, and stay punctual to support a fast-paced, celebration-driven environment.

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous guest service experience in bakery/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and invite to join Email Club.
• Keep bakery presentation clean and organized with regular cleaning tasks.
• Replenish retail merchandise and cake display cases for strong visuals.
• Assist the Crafter with cake decorations and packaging supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
