Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and ability to interact with customers and team members.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, presented, and clean.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; clean shelves and floors.
• Stock, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment quality and temperature.
