Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience is preferred.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate knives, scales and bakery equipment; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Able to stand long periods and handle lifting as described in job duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package baked goods and assist Bakery Manager with pricing and merchandising.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure products are properly prepared and presented.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; restock and rotate products.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy, temperature and quality; assist with special orders.
