Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support daily bakery operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will bake, package, price, and merchandise bakery items while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role includes maintaining a clean, safe bakery area, handling orders, and assisting with stock rotation. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, have 1–2 years bakery experience, and demonstrate dependable, flexible scheduling and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Reliable with flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays.
• Friendly, positive attitude and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and team collaboration capabilities.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, sanitary bakery area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented.
