Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Texas is seeking a Baker to join our team. You will produce a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products, working with a schedule including overnight and early morning shifts.

You should be self-motivated, able to multitask and follow par sheets while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner, is at least 18, and able to operate baking equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
• Standing up to 8 hours per shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and kneeling.
• Requires good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures for consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work overtime/early mornings as needed with minimal supervision and within schedule.
