Job summary

Daskin Dunkin' Baker role involves preparing a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products in a fast-paced environment. The position requires self-motivation, adherence to schedules, and the ability to work overnights and early mornings with minimal supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, produce high-quality baked goods per Dunkin' guidelines, and uphold strict health and safety standards. Flexibility to work in other bakery positions is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Ability to use and learn a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures for consistent customer experiences.
• Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work overnight and early morning hours with little supervision; multitask and adhere to schedule.
• Follow daily par sheet; ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels; switch between positions as needed.
