Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout store; flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays.
• Forklift certification required or to be obtained via organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead backroom and production operations, overseeing intake, sorting, processing, and pricing.
• Train, coach, and develop backroom staff on processes, safety, and daily expectations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with CPSC guidelines; safeguard donated goods.
• Coordinate movement from backroom to sales floor in line with priorities.
