Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with operational responsibilities and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing receipts, and offering excellent service.
• Handle, load, unload, stage donated goods and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and safe workflow to support daily operations.
• Follow safety policies and schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
