Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is hiring a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate to support donation operations and ensure a safe, efficient backroom workflow. You will engage donors, receive donations, and help move merchandise in a high-volume environment.

Under store leadership, you’ll balance donor service, safety, and productivity while operating equipment and staging donated goods for processing and replenishment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to balance positive donor interactions with operational and backroom responsibilities.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and provide excellent service at the donation site.
• Receive donated goods and follow safety guidelines.
• Load, unload, and stage donated items and operate material handling equipment when trained.
• Support backroom operations for efficient production and store replenishment.
