Job summary

You will lead a hands-on team, drive production goals, and coordinate with store leadership to keep donations moving from intake to the floor, always upholding donor experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead a diverse team.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment.
• Comfort with basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations including donation intake, sorting, processing, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with CPSC requirements.
• Train, onboard, and develop team members on processes and safety practices.
• Coordinate movement of processed goods to the sales floor per store priorities.
