Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Retail Operations, or related field preferred.
• One to two years of experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to learn and apply new processes, systems, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a positive, mission-driven culture.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store during shifts.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate a forklift (forklift certification training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations including donation intake, processing, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet production goals and quotas.
• Monitor daily workflow to support efficient movement of donated goods from intake to production.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with processing guidelines and safety standards.
• Safeguard donated goods to prevent loss or damage.
• Train, onboard, coach, and develop backroom team members.
• Coordinate opening/closing activities for backroom operations.
• Move processed goods from backroom to sales floor according to priorities.
