Responsibilities

• Oversee daily backroom operations, including donor door to ensure a clean, organized environment that supports store goals.
• Lead production flow, including quality control, inventory movement, and readiness for the sales floor.
• Manage KPIs such as production, yield, sell-through, and quotas; ensure reporting is accurate and actionable.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop backroom team members; provide performance feedback and growth planning.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet financial targets and annual/quarterly operating plans.
• Promote safety, compliance, and loss prevention; monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
