Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift with certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations (donation intake, sorting, pricing).
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff and meet production goals.
• Monitor workflow to move donated goods from intake to production.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with processing guidelines and CPSC.
• Safeguard donated goods from loss or damage.
• Maintain donor experience and professional handling of donations.
• Train and coach team on processes, safety, and daily expectations.
• Coordinate opening/closing activities and backroom readiness.
• Move processed goods to sales floor per priorities.
• Maintain backroom safety and cleanliness.
• Identify maintenance needs and operational barriers.
• Enforce loss prevention and public protection requirements.
• Follow all Goodwill guidelines and CPSC requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
