Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead backroom operations including donation intake, processing, sorting, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet production goals and quotas.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with processing guidelines.
• Train, onboard, and develop team on procedures and standards.
• Coordinate movement of processed goods to the sales floor and maintain cleanliness.
