Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee seeks a Backroom Production Team Lead in Bellevue to manage daily backroom operations, ensuring donations are processed accurately, priced correctly, and moved efficiently to support store readiness and sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations including donation intake, sorting, processing, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet goals and quotas.
• Monitor workflow to ensure smooth movement of donated goods to production.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with processing guidelines and CPSC.
• Safeguard donated goods against loss, damage, or misuse.
• Train, onboard, coach, and develop backroom team on processes and safety.
• Coordinate movement of processed goods to the sales floor per priorities.
• Maintain backroom safety and cleanliness; enforce safety protocols.
