Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Backroom & Production Operations – lead daily backroom production, including donation intake, sorting, processing, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet production goals and processing expectations.
• Monitor daily workflow to support efficient movement of donated goods.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with processing guidelines and CPSC requirements.
• Safeguard donated goods to prevent loss, damage, or misuse.
• Reinforce donor experience with respectful, timely, and professional handling of donations.
• Train, onboard, coach, and develop backroom team members on processes and safety.
• Support opening/closing activities; ensure production readiness and continuity.
• Coordinate movement of processed goods to the sales floor; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Follow organizational policies, loss prevention practices, and public protection guidelines.
